MAINTENANCE & REPAIR SERVICES
The company's nation-wide service network is able to maintain and support most major makes and types of Warden Call Systems, Door Entry Systems and Dispersed Alarms.
Service and maintenance is carried out by locally based field engineers who are able to respond and perform more efficiently than central based organisations. All field engineers are supported by a comprehensive parts stockholding and an extremely knowledgeable Technical Support Team. Service calls are logged, with date and time recorded, for efficient workload distribution and monitoring.
Repairs are carried out in-house using the latest "State of the Art" technology by fully trained and highly qualified repair engineers;
supported by our technical support department and manufacturers
design departments.
An on-going programme of training for management and engineers is undertaken to keep abreast of new technology and product development
so that we can support equipment from the oldest to the most
modern generation.
The company is currently working towards and being assessed for ISO 9002. The quality manual is established and assessment will take place shortly. The company is an NICEIC approved Contractor
and is a member of Construction Line. |
