Network Communication Systems is an independent company that offers a wide range of expertise in the design, manufacture, installation, and maintenance of equipment designed to protect the elderly and infirm, allowing them to live independently either in supported accommodation or in their own homes.

We have a committed management team and a highly trained and motivated workforce that is dedicated to a level of service and customer satisfaction that is unsurpassed.

Service and maintenance is carried out by locally based field engineers who are able to respond and perform more efficiently than centrally based organisations. All field engineers are supported by a comprehensive parts stockholding and an extremely knowledgeable technical management team. Service calls are logged, with date and time recorded, for effective workload distribution and monitoring.

As well as offering installation services for leading warden call and door entry manufacturers we also design and manufacture our own extensive range of products. This means that we can offer an informed, independent, assessment of customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
